Lost our vacation lodgings for March3-12

Ugh, the owner of the Casa Quetzal just informed us that he sold the property, so we are out of our upcoming rental for March 3-12.
We're looking for a place in town, preferably our own place with kitchen, private pool and outdoor space. There's two of (friends) and we'd prefer to have seperate rooms, but will go the one bedroom route if needed.
Our budget was a great $100 per night all in, but I'd imagine that we'll have to go north of that now.
Anyone have anything they like with those dates available?
I've posted on Cozume 4 you on FB as well, but thought I'd cover my bases.
Would prefer to go with recommendations rather than straight Air BnB.

Too bad, that one's been on my short list.

Not nice that the seller and buyer didn't negotiate honoring existing rental agreements, especially those less than 2 months away.

Thanks. We knew the property was for sale, and the owner has been great with us through the years, so I'm sure it wasn't possible to honor the existing reservations. Through Cozumel 4 you on Facebook I have found a few properties that look promising. We were very spoiled with just 2 guys in that nice big property so we'll need to adjust.

Hacienda San Miguel has a two room unit. No pool
