"Dry Suit Diving Third Edition: A Guide to Diving Dry" by Steve Barsky, Dick Long and Bob Stinton. If this can't answer all of your questions about diving dry, nothing can.

I've been trying to get the link to work, but it's Friday & 'puters don't like working either...

Try doing a search on Steve Barsky and you'll find a thread that speaks to this issue, including some on-line sources....
 
I just finished reading this book last month. It was okay. The author recommends using the suit for bouyancy control. I don't agree with that. The history and maintenance sections were good.
