So cool, wonder why it is off the market, seems perfect for small people!

I don't think it is really off the market. It just evolved into the Micron. Originally you had the US Divers Micra which was a non-adjustable version. Then the US Divers Micra Adjustable which was paired to the Cousteau first stage. This was a strange choice as the Cousteau is probably one of the heaviest first stages made. Finally you had the US Divers version which used the Titan first stage.

For some reason US Divers / Aqualung has always been biased against user-adjustable regulators. It seems they only want to give user-adjustability on their top of the line regulators.

Yes, that's the seller...he appears to have more than 1 available for sale. I expect Aqualung still sells service kits for the 'Micra' at least.

I had it in my watch list and was thinking about it myself. Yours looks to be nicer than the second set the person is selling. I hope you enjoy it.

Most hard parts it seems. I have bit of a list but it'll take some effort to get the info together as it's in numerous emails. If you're really interested I will post back, or if there's a specific item I can enquirer.

That won't be necessary, I can always ask my LDS because they are an Aqualung dealer. I have picked up a few micra I am hoping to use as spares. Some look to be brand new.

You can buy the seats for both the first and second stage. I have three of them paired with Cousteau regs. I don't really dive them anymore and am getting ready to offer a number of my older regs for sale. I will go through them first before I do. I think I have enough seats to do this. Great reg though.

If you can, let me know if there is anything weird about servicing the second stages, I have one that has developed a slight freeflow. I know I can turn the orifice but I rather service the thing.

Try to diagnose the bubbles before you rebuild the reg. Check/record the IP. Is it creeping ever higher? If it's not than crank the 2nd stage adjustment in a bit more and see if that cures it. If you have an AL first stage creep, once you have it apart chuck up a pencil in a drill with the eraser at the business end. Using low pressure and medium revs, polish the cone where the HP seat hits. Any dirt, corrosion or nick will produce that creep.

BTW, before I disassemble or assemble the "tube" in the second stage, I push the lever down and crank the adjuster all the in and remove the lever. No, that's not in the manual and I got into a big argument with a well-known tech over that practice... until he tried it. However, I don't crank down on the adjustment without taking the pressure off by pushing in that lever. No need to score the seat. I hope this helps.
