doesn't look too comfortable...

this season your trip may not be pleasant due to the prevailing Habgat. you will have to expect rocky boat and seas.

The boat has been used for many trips out and about. It is deceiving in the picture. The boat was used for the USS COOPER dive and they were really loaded! The divers I spoke with (on the support staff) said the boat is not built for luxury but for diving. If you have a chance to use the Victory (Victor's banka) divers boat (Boracay) then you have an idea of what you are looking at for a dive boat. The bad weather issue is valid. The boat rocks a bit with the waves. Hey, for the price ......you can't beat it. I wish we owned a boat like that!!

i hear those victory divers type bangkas are only about 350,000... all in (engine, etc.)...

of course as they say about boats though, it's relatively cheap but maintenance is a beeyatch

Rags is a very, very, no frills boat. Think camping on the high seas. But, I've only done 1 day trip on it -- and that was 4 years ago.
