more importantly, is the toilet the typical open air bangka type precariously perched above the water at the stern??? :D
 
We priced a boat for us to do similiar work....
I priced one at $10,000 (US) and it was no-frills.
 
That is old Rags that is now based in Leyte. Was used to dive the Cooper and has just been used (I believe) to dive the Yamasuro.

LLBC has a new super (and I mean super) banka and it definately was not 350k to build. For those that have been on the Empress Rags II is bigger and more spacious. It will take 12 people or 8 tech divers easily cabins fully airconditioned. Trips this time of year on the East of Mindoro no problem all the way down to Boracay. Monsoon transition and you can get over to Apo easily.

Frank is the man in the Phillippines for diving and can drop you on a coral head at virtually any depth anywhere and runs great trips with great food. Despite being their competition all the other decent shops in PG use him for there long distance trips.

I would be happy to put together a w/e for scubaboard :14:
