I know it's made of neoprene and has a hole for the reg. Trying to find one for my cold quarry dives. What's the name and where to find it.

Should be able to get a lip gaurd from your LDS or on the net.
You might be thinking of a gorrilla mask.

I own one...have only one dive on it to date...it takes a little to get use to it and I trimmed the mouth opening out a little bit to allow for my reg..

I put up with the cold during the summer. In the Winter when the temps get into the 36 F range I'll wear my FFM instead. The dives are much more enjoyable when your entire face is dry and warm, plus no leaks.
