Linked files not available

In this thread I linked a couple of files, the links to those files no longer seem to work. I tried to make a new post with new links in it but the upload of the files failed.

It's being worked on as well as the other stuff that got turned off to help with testing.

I figured it was just a feature that was disabled from the system upgrade. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, although it was most likely already on the list.
