I submitted the cad plans to a couple of local fabricators and only got a response from 1. They were pretty expensive. So far, looks like Send Cut Send has the best price.

You can run the cam straps behind the sta and clamp it between the BP.
Also grind down the hump of the carriage bolt, and you can get it that much closer...
I machine mine, but grinding works just as well.
