I'm with the "always-bring-a-light-on-every-dive" group too, and not just in Cozumel, just on every dive I do anywhere. I'm partial to the Ikelike PCa light that Charlie99 mentioned. Even during the day, a light will bring out the true color of things when you are at depth.
 
I always carry a 4 c cell Ikelite PC lite in my BC pocket for day use (I like the switch style light when carrying it in my BC pocket). Another great little light with a lot of light for the size is the Princeton Tec "Tec 40". This is a twist on style 4 AA batery lgiht ($9.99 from Leisure Pro).
