I don't know if it is open but I like Hurrican Divers. They have a small but very nice resort. If they are full, you could stay at Calypso which is close by to Hurrican and dive with Hurrican.
I'm pretty sure Lighthouse has never re-opened. Whether it will remains to be seen.
Hurrican is at the opposite corner of Lighthouse Atoll on Long Caye.
