liability insurance for the dive pro

Hello,

I am currently covered under my dive shops liability insurance. However I do not like leaving anything to chance. So I am looking to get my own coverage in addition to the dive shops coverage.... I am SDI/TDI assistant instructor. I have looked at both DAN and SDI/TDI coverage. Why such a huge price difference? is one better then the other? Is it easier to just pay the add'l amount and stay covered under TDI?

Did you search the forum? There are about 20 threads that answer this exact question. I’m not being snotty, but this is pretty common, no real need to start yet another thread.

I did search, all I could find is names of ins providers. no discussion on one vs another
