Hi Rob, I can recommend Sea Rider Dive Center in Small La Laguna, Sabang, Puerto Galera, Mindoro. It doesn't have its own accomodation, but can arrange anything for you, from self catering to full board. Just about all dive sites are within a 5 to minute boat ride and they arrange trips to Verde Island which is superb. Hope that helps.
