Anyways made it back to the calm waters and to do the reef first ... Viz was about 45-50 feet and all the usual critters were out and about...Sand Diver, Spade Fish, Lobster dinner I wish and many more... Dive time was 90 min water temp is now 80 whoooo whooooo, almost time to dive nakkid again..... Cant wait to get out tommorrow morning again;;;;

Went out around 10am just south of Datura. Was back pedaling out to the 2nd reef, I switched over to view the the visability and had a nice size Manta Ray come swing right to my right. About 10 feet away. His wing span underwater looked about 9-10' Awesome !! We were in around 15' -20' depth. He was curious, flew by and went north to the pier. Great sight. Havent seen a Manta off LBTS in a couple years.

A couple of friends and I are looking at heading down to Ft. Lauderdale/ Lauderdale by the Sea in a few weeks. Any hotel recommendations. Would like something on the beach. Access to shore diving from the property would be great.

. Any hotel recommendations. .

This is a few blocks north of our normal dives ... but also has nice patch reef;)
These are both in a good location but I do not know anything bout them.
