While it's illegal in Florida, those things seem to be eating the dang reef. Every time I see them, there they are, chomp chomping on the coral

Nope, that was me. Tom Winters confirmed it as well, they are actually good to eat, there's a commercial fishery for them there. In FL, they protected as an ornamental reef fish (or something like that).

Walter pointed out that in FL, the incidence of ciguatera would likely be increased.

I try to shoot them as well everytime I go out, but the son of buggers are hard to get on my camera and smile as I ask them to pose for me.....

Patty and I had a great time. I still can't believe the service at that restaurant, wow! I don't think I've ever had better service.
