I just reserved a 25' Party Barge from Brady Mtn Resort, which is at the end of the lake we'll be diving. The costs are: $145/half day; $190/full day; $275/24 hours. That's about $70 each so far for the boat, plus gas which we won't be using much of I don't think. The more people who sign up the less the cost of the boat to each person, so come on y'all take the big step and commit!!! LOL!
Since ya'll plan on getting the boat at Brady, why not camp there, their site says:

Frank and I have pretty much decided we would pull my little boat up and get some quality time in with our buds from Central TX. So we will have North
East TX represented!
