I am willing to dive at any spot, they are all good. Jan, it will be fun diving with you again. Check out the Wrinkle's November Dive and vote for a weekend! I am looking forward to Saturday but also dreading it a little as I hear that Rescue Dives work your butt off (oh wait, that's a good thing!) :eyebrow:

See ya then!

Since I have not dove Laguna in 8 months and I have only dove there once in my life, I'm going to let headhunter pick the spots and time.

Christian, you make the call buddy and we'll be there!

OK then!

We'll meet between 8:00 and 8:30 and plan our first dive to be Deadman's. Of course, we'll let conditions dictate whether to go through with this plan. If it looks much better elsewhere, we'll make that call at the last minute.

Let's meet at the top of the stairs at Shaw's since it is more centrally located to the other sites and the dive shop.

I tried Husky Boys just before driving home last time and have to say it was a good burger. So, I'm up for Jan's suggestion for eating there. Also, it's the kind of place that is "wetsuit friendly".

Looks like the weather will be great too!

(By the way, that's just an expression. I'm not going to be wearing bells.)
Just don't forget your weights!

Who's up for an early morning Sunday dive?

I may be meeting two buddies there sat. morning if I am able to dive, probably earlier though. I havent dove laguna in almost a year. hopefully we will hook up with you guys

A rain prediction is rearing it's ugly head for fri/sat/sun...

Hopefully it will not be bad enough to pollute the water.

Did you mean to say you'd meet at the top of Crescent? That is where you'd swim out for Deadman's. IF Crescent IS where you intend to meet, make sure everyone knows whether to meet at the ramp or the stairs (probably the ramp.)

Not trying to confuse everyone, but why try to park twice?

Hmm, isn't Deadman's about a 1/4 mile swim? I heard it is really cool but I don't know If I want to be doing that, I'm not in the world's greatest shape and while I could undoubtedly make it, I will be very worn out by the end of the dive. Hopefully someone in the group would be willing to dive with me at one of the closer reefs. I can bring my pony in case everyone else wants to do deadmans, so I can go solo.

Darn it - you beat me to it!

I was actually considering a Sat. evening dive (although now they're calling for rain this weekend so who knows what we'll be able to do), but Sat. mornings are out. Hope you all have fun, though.

Oh, and Jim, if you can make weights out of your bells, that sounds like it would be the best solution. 2 birds with 1 stone sorta thing. ;)
