I am planning a dive at Shaw's Cove for this weekend (6/21/2003) and was curious as to the conditions that are being experienced right now.

Please respond if you have any info. Thanks.

You can check out the Laguna Sea Sports website - they are a dive shop within walking distance of Shaw's Cove, and they send someone down to the water every day, then report on current conditions on their website, which is: http://www.lagunaseasports.com/.
Their reports are the most accurate that I've seen in media of diving conditions

I have seen this page on their website but wasn;t sure exactly how often it is updated. Seems to me that the conditins change quite rapidly and in extremes on a day by day basis, even in the Coves.

Also check out Laguna Sea Sports map of the reef at Shaws at
http://www.scuba-superstore.com/dive/shaws/shaws.asp

scroll down and you will see the map. When you go into the archway on the southside, there is a big crack where a nice size eel sometimes hangs out. If its real surgey, turn around and stay on the east side of the reef otherwise you will get thrashed.

Good luck.
