Laguna Beach dive sites

Hi guys, what can you tell me about these dive sites for a night dive. Also are any of the sites protected a no take zone? i would like to catch some bugs.
Reef pt.
Crescent Bay
Shaws cove
Fisherman cove
Cleo st.
Cress Street
Woods cove
Moss point
I will be probably use my brothers little boat rather then diving from shore.
