A couple of weeks ago my Heinrich&Weikamp MKI developed a "small" problem:eek:ne of the two buttons came off:D
I emailed their info service and in about half an hour Mr.Christian Weikamp replyied me.
No questions asked he told me to send the damaged unit.I had a brand new unit waiting for me at the post office in less than ten days,just the time needed by the post services of the respective countries.
