So I recently bought a Seaskin with Kubi fitted.
I opted for kubi due to many recommendations and being a very simple system.
Today I tried the kubi system for the first time, when connecting the gloves rings to the suit rings, a little force must be applied so the glove rings insert into the one on the suit.
What's happening is that even with minimal force, the oring holding the kubi system on the suit pops and the inner ring starts sliding inward to the suit.
Most looks like the oring is a tiny bit too big to enter the groove sufficiently to hold it.
I have tried on both arms and the problem happens on both.
I have disassembled the system hoping it was a mixup at the factory with the oring that hold ths seal and the oring that lock the system but the oring holding the seal is thicker than the one that holds the system.

Any one face a similar problem?

Cheers

Do you have any pictures? Also have you added a drop of lube? It makes a huge difference to the effort required (to almost no effort in my experience)

I will record a video later but i can push the inner ring effortlessly and the oring just pops out of the groove. Almost as if the oring is just a bit oversized.

Double check you have the right O-ring in the right groove. I think I had something like you describe when I changed a glove and put them together wrong.

Already did.
The inner oring is thicker and smaller in diameter. It's the one that holds the glove in place.

So here is the video of the oring popping.
Not much force applied. Is this normal?
