Pull the wrist seal ring further out to allow the retaining ring to sit a bit deeper in the groove. I had this happen once after playing with the system. It was a pita having that happen with full kit on, but it was quickly corrected and hasn't happened since then. I took my wrist seals out a long time ago...

Your rings look normal from the photo: are you sure you are using the thinner larger ring on the left to secure the cuff (arrow below), and not the fatter central one?

I pulled out my cuff ring - there are two black o rings: a fatter 4.5 mm ring to hold the Si/latex seal (your middle ring above), and a thinner 3.5 mm ring to hold the assembly in place (your left ring above). The red ring is 5mm.

If the thinner ring is 4mm then you need to get the correct one - but it looks thin enough from your photo.

Cheers
Rohan.

Hi.

Thank you all for your input.
I'm positive I got the orings order right.

I have pulled the rings the most they go but they don't budge any more then they already go in.
From measurement I took the oring seems to be 88x80x4mm and if it should have been 3.5mm then 87x80x3.5.
I have ordered some to try and in the meantime I emailed Kubi for some input on oring sizes.
Lets see what they have to say.

Thank you.

It's a minute difference in having the o-ring fully seated vs having it seem right. It's hard to describe.

Kuby reply up until now is that the oring should be 4mm thickness and to check for glue debris. I ordered 3.5mm oring Inthe meantime to check of it fits better.
Thank you all
