Thanks for sharing Chris .... but now I see how much my life sucks :crying:

Hey Chris,

What is the vis? Hope your weather is good.
Kenny

LoL, I'm calling this place the high 80's trip,

Air temp high 80's
Humidity high 80's
Depth high 80's
Water temp mid 80's
Vis high 80's

I'm getting worn out! Some of the younger kids are shooting for depths in the
130's, damn, there is nothing down there worth seeing, must be a macho thing?

Kids! With those awesome conditions, why shorten your dive by going to 130 for no good reason?!

I guess I shouldn't mention the nudies, turtles, yellow fin tuna school and morays on this mornings dive then.....

Your right you shouldn't!! :D

What is the marine life like? How are the reefs ? lots of color? best depth for color and life around 30-40 ft?

I agree! I'd much rather stay shallower and maximize my bottom time. Unless your diving a wreck or something specific I don't see any reason to go that deep.

I must say though, with those conditions I'd be happy at any depth! :D

Is that quarry still open in western kentucky? I want to say it was cerauleian or something like that?
