Hi guys and gals,

I'm pretty new to SB. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where to aquire some extra neoprene to sew/glue on some new knees onto my old farmer john.

Shaggie...I think I have some knee pads at home which I'd be happy to sell for $10 plus shipping (they go around the entire knee like a hockey pad?). Another option you have is to get some neoprene cement/glue and reinforce the area yourself by drawing a criss-cross patter on the knees.
 
You can pick up neoprene at fabric stores, if you'd fill out your location in your profile folks might even be able to direct you to a place close by.
 
thanks for the offer/info. I have neoprene and waxed thread and I just found some old neoprene gloves I don't use any more that might work well. I'll let you know how it turns out.
