I'm actually in St-Louis, MO and I can plan a week in Keys to do some dives
I'm a CMAS*** and TDI normoxic and have my equipment (all but no weight and tank, of course).
Some advices for accommodation, prices and good operators ?
I'm interested by diving the Vandenberg and the Spiegel Groove, and other

While in Key Largo (Speigel Grove) most defiantly Silent World Dive Center. They are very tec oriented with trimix surface support, etc. along with He at good prices...

I definitely agree with Valhalla, Silent World is the best in Key Largo! Had quite a few good experiences with them!!! I used Subtropic in Key West, it was one of the only shops I could find that let us use our doubles. But, then again that was three days after she sunk. Maybe you will have better luck now that its been down a few years.

Any Idea what a 1 day charter would run to Pennekamp for about 6 ppl total to do some filming?

I remember I went on a charter in key west a few years ago on the "Tartuga". I think it was around 200$.
