My printouts worked perectly in Coz. As did those of my 5 friends on the same flight.

This red text is what made me think the form couldn't be downloaded and used.
Yeah, that text is confusing. The illustrated samples cannot be used, but below those are links to downloads that were useable on my last trip in December.

Well I was able to download the customs form but unable to print them out.
I was however able to download and print a much different looking black and white form with 2 QR codes on it from United travel ready site.
There seems to be two different forms, one that is handed out by the airlines and the only one I've been able to find on-line which is one page and looks totally different.

Here's the "old customs form", which can be printed off an filled out:

Here's the new customs form which can be filled out on-line and printed:

Here's the immigration form: https://www.inm.gob.mx/fmme/publico/en/solicitud.html

It's becoming more difficult to find the old customs form on-line, unless you want to go to a 3rd party site, which I try hard to avoid.
I've used the new form 3 times without issue. Most of my fellow passengers had the old form, because that's what AA passed out.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it only shows page 1 of 2 and again for some seem it will not let me print it.
So I'll just use the new customs form upon arrival and if it's not accepted then will just use the one handed out by the airlines if available.

Those two links are the ones at the bottom of the page at the source I gave earlier...
Yeah, I'd like to know exactly which link gave you a bad form? I've been using a blank form downloaded from Customs that I fill out by hand the day before I arrive.

Figured out what was going on.

I'd downloaded all 4 pages of the old form and saved them, and that's how I can view all of the pages.
The link that directed me to the old form now directs me to the new form.

As I said earlier, I think that there is a learning curve here that airline employees have to overcome as well as airport personnel -- which also happened when immigration forms were first available on-line.

I remember an immigration agent telling another agent that she didn't need to consult with a supervisor regarding the validity of our on-line immigration forms. Fast forward x years, and no one gives it a second thought.

So yes, out of an abundance of caution, if the airline hands out the old forms, take one and fill it out. I would not, and in fact, have not discussed it with the men and women helping folks in line waiting to get to the immigration desks. I handed the customs woman the new form, she stuck it in the pile and after getting the green light again, (never have gotten a red light), breezed on out of there. If for some reason the customs agent has a problem, you have the old form to fall back on.

The actual MX gov website forms work fine. I dont know where the sample only ones or the mexicotoursitcard one come from, but the one I and several other posted that go direct to GovMX are fine... all the time..... Hand them to them, push the button and go.

Or in my case, hand them to them, push the button and let them dig through the bag and explain the dog vitamins you are bringing for someone....

Update on forms. Well May 7th used my downloaded forms at immigration and customs declaration without any issues what so ever. Immigration just stamped it and gave it back and the customs took it and did not even look at it. what I found interesting is United had plenty of forms available and I would say 80-90% of the people onboard were scrambling to fill them out.
