I can carry doubles or two singles in my Hobie Revolution. An HP100 fits in the bow or doubles in the tank well. Would I ever do it again...nope. Almost impossible to get the doubles on with one person and even with two people we flipped the kayak. Changing tanks on the water is going to be hard, and it would require leashes on the tanks. Plus who wants salt water inside their regulators?
 
The only issue might be if they need to be pop riveted down. Often you can use the existing mounts for the bungee cords. I happen to have a pop rivet gun myself, but you can have someone at a kayak shop put them on for you if it requires a pop rivet gun. Of course if they charge a lot of money you could just buy the pop rivet gun. You will need marine quality pop rivets though.

These are some good rivets for attaching things to the kayak, the well nuts also work well
