I agree about the alarm overload. Mine gives me Increased Workload alarm too frequently. What am I supposed to do, breathe like a machine at a constant rate?

You probably already know this, but the LDS I bought mine from was telling a story similar to that and there is a feature to adjust the "normal" breathing patters so that it doesn't set off as much. That might not be what you meant though. Just saying.
