Real oxygen?? Or just a non-diver's reference for air in a tanked supply? The depth of the aquarium will make this interesting. For some without dive training, if he/she holds breath, it can be dangerous.
It's like oxygen bars on land (generally in high altitude cities)- enriched air. Plus aromatherapy.
As for safety, it is the same thing as helmet diving. People without any training do it all the time, they get a 5 minute "don't hold your breath" briefing.
Really, it makes Nitrox look like a bargain
