Is it Illeagal to dive with out a flag in MA?

and how often are THEY fined for breaking this "law"?

The only instances I've heard of the fine beng enforced is when boaters have actually struck divers.

Just found this board in the past week. I'm going to let our dive club MassBayDivers.com know about it, and post a link on our website. Nice to have a place to chat about diving.

The 650g tank is on the way - mid September, but it will be next year before I can set it up (building an addition).
