“Militancy” aside, why would you not use the kidney dump? I can’t think of a time I’ve ever felt the need to use the corrugated hose except on the surface.
definitely not horizontal, vertical fins first dump from the power inflator, if the entrance is to tight a little pump and your out.Leant that in Tec wreck course.
Surely not in horizontal posposition
Were you in a horizontal position?I recently returned from a week on the Belize Aggressor III. I am 68 and have been diving consistently from 1997. I received an unusual complement from a 71 year old, experienced diver. He said, you look extremely experienced in your diving skill, I hope to attain that level of control. Probably one of the nicest complements I have ever received.
I usually amWere you in a horizontal position?
The reason I asked this question is because I have read it over and over in SB. To the point where I was feeling guilty being in an upright position. Once again, I am not talking about swimming here. But about enjoying diving, contemplating, doing things the easy way. I can launch my DSMB in a horizontal position, do my safety stop or clear my mask the same way but what do I get except showing off that I can do it? I’d rather have fun and do things in the position that is the most comfortable and natural for me unless there is a REAL danger doing it this way.
And lose the gas out of your drysuit at the same time?I prefer to dump the gas with the power inflator.
