I told you, diving with you guys really humbled me. I knew I'd get flak for showing you the teeny intsy cut, but I know when to swallow my pride and bite the bullet: not all divers with gloves carry purses.clgsamson:I'll annotate some pards -
1st dive - you failed to mention you got cut...hehehe gloves rule!!!
note to self: use AL90s when diving with divenet...Oh before I forget, you failed to follow the dive briefing on "low on air".
2nd dive -
We did a 65 minute dive and it was drift..drift..drift all the way. There was a slight downcurrent at the safety stop area (blue water). To be honest, diving that "side" of Beatrice was my first. Hernel still has some secrets. Even if I have dived Beatrice site for 15 times, it never fails to amaze me. According to Hernel, every dive is different from the last one - as far as perspective, orientation, angle and approach are concerned. I believe him. He's one hell of a diver and he knows Anilao like the palm of his hand.
We dove beatrice the next day and had to abort cause the current hit us from both sides. I have to say, it was definitely more enjoyable with hernel and joy! They really know their stuff. It was my first time diving beatrice, and I love the pics! hehehe. Thanks!
Oh btw, are you plugging Divenet with "Dive Philippines"? If yes, its "Divenet Philippines" at www.divenetphil.comeyebrow
It was really a general plug for look at these pics, you have to come dive the philippines! But I do know of a great group that knows anilao like the back of their hand....
but seriously, it was a great experience diving with the divenet group. The briefing was clear, you guys had skills, communicated well, had great situational awareness, and SAC rates that would make cross country skiers jealous!
