If you're simply looking for dive accident insurance that will cover you in the Africa/Middle East region of the world, then as a citizen of England DAN Europe provides such coverage https://www.daneurope.org/eng/english.htm

While I am not terribly familiar with DAN Europe's policies, I do not believe that they have a standard 25 mtrs depth limit. Rather, they limit the diver to intentional exposures to partial pressures of no greater than 2 atm oxygen and 5.6 atm nitrogen.
