No big deal. I've been listening to user complaints for 25 years, and had my answers ignored or complained about for the same period.

It's good for keeping my programming skills sharp. If you see enough ways something can crap out, you tend to make it's replacement more robust.

I'm currently replacing a client server app that had problems with users "exiting improperly". The new one doesn't care if an entire building full of users vanishes off the face of the earth.
