The pile of regulation larger than Mt. Everest is what's killing business opportunities and job growth. But he'll never admit that. God forgive me, I hate that man and his minion. I can't wait for his term to be over. It seems interminable. Be sure to get the vote out for the 2014 mid-terms. Put someone in Congress with the guts to rein in these executive orders and bureaucratic atrocities. [/rant]

And dear god Leeland Lee from S.F just got owned by Suzanna Hupp about the ineffectiveness of gun control.
I was in class, sorry. Meant that such a stand up guy would never try and hide the truth for the people.
My wife keeps telling me that such threads and FB posts are going to get me sent to a re-education camp. I tell her I don't think I'd live that long.
If this was a section of the board where such topics could be discussed, I would rant about the domestic use of such flying devices. But since it is not I will say I like guns. The bigger the bang, the better...

Apparently it's a State law in florida that you are allowed to shoot your gun on your own property as long as it's not up in the air/over the house) --- so you can build your own range in your backyard. Local ordinances including noise ordinances can't overrule it! even automatic weapons are not excluded as long as it's legal for you possess it.
Florida statute 790.15, which lists the conditions under which one may not legally discharge a firearm in the state. Turns out there aren’t many. You may not shoot “in any public place or on the right-of-way of any paved public road, highway or street,” over any road, highway or occupied premises, or “recklessly or negligently” at your own home.

just remember a QUALITY backstop would be required.... don't want anything going into the neighbors yard or a richochet
That law might get amended to exclude residential neighborhoods after a few accidents occur.

Ordered a new trigger connector for my G23. Hope to smooth out the pull and reduce it from 5.5+ pounds to around 4.5 pounds. We'll see how it works.
