The camera looks like a Sea and Sea Motor Marine II. Probably a ys-60 strobe. Looks like it has a wet lens of some type, strobe arms and sync cord. With that being a 35mm film camera, you probably won't find a lot of interest in it and the strobe isn't very desirable anymore. However there is still a small market for cheap UW camera kits. eBay has kits that looks similar with a Buy It Now of $85 and they haven't sold yet.
 
Can I buy the car under the car cover ? Where are you located ?
