I have a 10 year old Ranger..Wife thinks I should replace it...what would you do??

I dive a different BC (old Scubapro X-Tek) but doubt I'd trade it for anything. Current one has 12 years of dives on it and is a little ratty but not unsafe. I bought two others in new condition off E-Bay over the years so I think I'm set for life now. If you really like the Ranger (and what's not to like?), I'd keep it (but then my car is 23 years old, my microwave 31 years and my stereo 36 years).
