Looks like a chip of manatee rib, but I cannot make out detail on this IPad for some reason.

Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable folks will be along.
 
Worm Meg tooth
The root lobes are broken off and the center is worn thru the enamel
The sides have some enamel remaining
Can't really see the front of the tooth, but the enamel is usually more intact on that side
 
Yes , it's fossil.

Looks to be a piece of manatee bone.
 
agree with 2th diver... the way (I think most) tell the manatee bones from other bones is they have a very dense nature (no marrow holes... the dotting effect). If it had more signs of marrow on the interior I would say it could be horse, but agree Manatee. Thanks for post on viz ... I hoping to make it Sunday so if you go again please post! Stay safe...
