Made a couple of boat dives off of Hull today. First dive of the year. First dive was in about 45' on an old net tender we think. Nothing much left but the engine. It was a chilly dive, about 44 degrees at the bottom. Vis. about 10-15' Couple small cod and fluke hanging around. Couple small lobsters. Dove Hardings rock after that for lobsters. What few were around were shorts. Lot of big starfish around and some sea urchins. Lots of big bolders and canyons to swim through. Temps wernt bad but noticably colder the deeper you went. Vis. was +/- 15' Real nice day on the water. Warm shore breeze. No one else around. No one else at the ramp when we launched was real nice.
