Love my BARE suit (Trilam Tech Dry) and I had a wonderful efficient customer service experience through Huish from start to finish... I'm sure there are many others. Unfortunately it's usually only those that had a poor experience that take the time to speak up.
 
i could not agree more. it is true that we usually hear only the negative side.

i actually had a great experience with bare last year with a dry suit repair. and i made a point to say so online and locally.
it was only after the fact that some details came up (too long to go into) that i was not happy with and bare would do nothing about. and again recently with the poor response times and not being able to reach people by phone.
i am a fan of bare products as well. but if huish doesn't get it together it will be hard for me to promote these products with a clear conscience to my students let alone spend a couple thousand dollars on a new suit.
 
I am glad people are speaking out on these companies. I am sorry that the divers have to go thru these issues. Companies who have great customer service will do well in the long run.
