Ok I think I have the answer to my own question. I asked around to a friend that has a friend that use to setup alot of compressors and he said they just use Parker 520N hydraulic hoses as well for most of there applications where they need flexible line, and SS hardline where possible.

Anyone have any input on Parker 520N hose?
Until now I found NO hydraulic hoose which worked for air. They all got air bubbles inside the hoose, hoose got dammaged.

Perhaps you found a hydraulic hoose that works?

Air hoses (such as diving hoses) have very small holes in the outside layer, this allows (leaking) air to get out of the hose without dammaging the outside layer.

I always use pressure gauge hoses from diving industrie as compressor hoses. I use Miflex, they work perfectly if you drill them to 1.2mm. Not more then 1.2 otherwise they get weak.

I have hydraulic hose for compressor pumping and transfilling

Did you know that brake cleaner leaves NO residue, it is what it is cleaning that is the residue

Then you O2 clean

I also need another table

ZEC AT8S37100

SYNFLEX 3R80-03 FURON

SYNFLEX 3C80-04

BAUER DN5

PARKER PARFLEX 520N-4

Then you go to where ever you get made whatever they have

Ha ha ha remember The Zec and how he got out of the gulag

And can still be used with breathing air/gas without issues to the diver?

Yeah I agree that sounds a little scary. Brake cleaner is nasty stuff.

As stated before me @happy-diver brake cleaner leaves NO residue, it is intended to clean residue and not to harm rubber parts of brake system. Common brake cleaner sprays available in my region leaves no residue nor any smell. After cleaning with brake cleaner we simply flush hoses with air/oxygen.

Me use hydraulic hoses made "at request" in hydraulic workshop. We use hoses 10mm outer diameter, 5mm inner, steel mesh reinforced, 36 MPa / 5200 psi work pressure rated.
Shop simply cut whatever length you need and install fittings you want.

I've been oxygen boosting (and transfilling) thru an NPT McMaster steel braided PTFE HP hose

Came here to mention the McMaster hose - assuming that 3000psi rating is good enough, the braided steel over teflon/PTFE are surprisingly reasonable (especially for McMaster Carr!). I just picked up the 8' version of McMaster-Carr for booster use (since I'm not boosting O2 over 3k...). Oddly the 8' was slightly cheaper than the 7' or 9' - guessing they make/sell/stock more of those or something. McMaster can be somewhat unpredicable on shipping costs, but I think for the hose and a couple of parker quick-connects (see that thread - if you're rebuilding your whip this is the perfect time to go ahead and make it modular! )

And some weird "legitimate" stuff from the dive shop too

Where are you located? I probably have a used one if you want to go that route. When I need new, I just have one made at my local parker store.
Parflex is their trade name for breathing air hose. I don't know the part numbers for it off hand.

PARKER PARFLEX 520N-4?
