Joel, with you as the perfect host, I'm sure those guys are really having a great time in diving and staying in your resort.solanabezo:To make Meekal feel good, they have been averaging 3 dives a day since they arrived on the 7th. They dove Twin Rocks, Arthurs, Kirbys, Sepok, Basura. They are also invited to a wedding party on Friday in the sitio behind Solana. They were treated also to a cultural dance by the Kulantyaw ng Mabini a cultural dance troupe. They can dance the tinikling well pala.
Its a little windy but I am sure that they are suffering from sun tan burn.
I will ask Jonathan why he had not invited you. You can still catch up with the next group coming in on the 18th or the next two groups.
clgsamson:just an update meekal....(3.11-3.12) the sun was up, the sea was flat, viz was good, pelagics came and went, sharks zip in and out of the reefs, turtles at their stations....what else...hmmmmmmmm...yes, the current was unforgiving (at least in Bahura Kanto)...
BTW, the mango shake tasted real good...
redemption is near...pakman:arg... can't wait for PG this weekend. just came back from a couple Sunday dives in HK waters... 18-19c water/ semi dry suit/ fuggetabout pelagics/ 2 little plain looking nudibranches/ and a 1 small, scared grouper (can't blame him, there were 3 small fishing boats around us... And to top it off, it was a muggy day with absolutely horrendous smog/ haze/ pollution... it was actually refreshing to breath from the scuba tank then the air topside... well at least the viz was unusually good for HK waters...
