Ber Rabbit:
I had all of my hoses wrapped in different colors. Even my non-diving family and friends could pick me out of an underwater crowd from a distance in a picture or on video.

That's great, Ber. I'm sure that keeps your equipment from being mixed up with someone else's, too. What sort of wraps are those? Can you get them on-line?

Boxers over the wetsuit are great, inexpensive, easy to find lots of variety, seasonal, etc...

People know me when I flip over my slap strap and there are 4 letters and a hyphen

PHA - Q (short-a sound)

Just in case someone ticks me off!

I dive a blue Dive-Rite "Rec" wing . . . pretty easy to identify.

try using a decal on you tank, much like the decal used by Nitrox EAN divers, very colorful , could be original art, easy to get decal print paper, like bumper sticker paper, at most Computer supply places like Comp USA,...and design your own.....see ya` under

my BOW instructor used a bright pink tank protector. not sure how well those things really protect tanks, but it definitely made identifying her underwater easy for students.

They are just hose wraps you can find at pretty much any dive shop or online. Reef Scuba Accessories has some and even Pricegrabber is showing some.

I even have some corrugated wire loom that works pretty well. It's certainly faster to put on and remove than the wrap. You just have to make sure you get the right diameter.
