Only support geeks would know what the following acronym would mean.

PEBCAK is often written in the solution or origin of problem section of the work order.

I will give others a chance to post the meaning for a while.

ID TEN T ID 10 T ID10T is another reason given for problems
We use "ID10T Problem" all the time at work, and we're not even help desk. :wink:

PEBCAK = Problem Exists Between Chair and Keyboard

although I've always used that acronym as PEBKAC.

RTFM is the pentultimate helpdesk acronym, IMHO.
