When I first moved to Florida from Indiana I owned 20 tanks:
3 sets double HP100s
1 set double LP104s
2 HP100 singles
2 LP85 singles
4 AL40s
1 AL80
3 AL6s

I’ve since thinned the herd immensely and I now own 7 tanks:
4 HP100 singles
1 AL80
2 AL40s

I’ve never had a tank outlive its usefulness. I’ve only had tanks that I no longer needed due to changes in my diving. I’ve always been able to sell tanks that I no longer needed.

4 steel Worthington LP108
2 steel HP80
2 aluminum 80
1 aluminum 40
1 aluminum 13

2 steel 72
1 steel hp 100
2 al 80
1 al 50
2 al 13

When I moved to Houston I gave away 2 al 80 and 3 steel 72 :-(
I should have kept the 72s as they are my favorites-especially now that I have a compressor.

I counted 27 the other day. But that includes bulk K cylinders of O2 and even a T of Helium. The CO2 and Argon are also in the bulk gasses. I also weld and that is mixed in.
Just dropped a pair of steel 100s off for hydro
Pair of AL80s.
Pair of steel 72s
4 AL40s
4 3L steels
AL 6
AL 13
AL 30
AL 63 (condemmed)
Couple more randoms I don't use.

I sell off what has value and I don't use. Doesn't have value and I don't use, just sits around taking space. The rest I use.
