How do you ID your gear?

Hi,

Had my local trophy/engraving guy make up these tags on engraved plastic (both sides)....lanyard and attached to gear bag AND BC....w/ name, blood type and city/country.

I have DAN dog tags on BCD, regulator and dive bag..bit pricey I know (cant remember, maybe a few bucks apiece) but then I thought it a good cause... and have had folks on boats compliment me..

..and the one on the regulator hose helps me put my arm over my head and find it on the surface..

..just my two cents worth!

OH yeah I forgot I also mark my fins left and right

I dove with a guy that did that....and he put them on the wrong feet ON PURPOSE!

Sharpie and paint pens for most stuff, dog tags with name phne number email on BC's and Regs.... and keeping an eye on your gear so that no one accidently picks it up and gives it a new home...
