Does anyone use dry suit gloves with a wet suit, or is it feasable? Would it serve the purpose of keeping the hands warmer?

I haven't seen anyone use dry gloves with a wet suit, but it is possible as you can get the drygloves with it's own wrist seal.
That said, while I can tolerate begin colder than I get in Monterey due to having a drysuit with thick insulation and a 12mm hood...and drygloves what I find is that when I'm a bit colder, though tolerable, my in water IQ goes way down.
