very interesting I can't take credit for the shots these were taken by Jon the owner operator of Fishrock Dive Centre.... a couple shots from inside the cave and then there were the sharks.... and more sharks.... and more....

OMG look at all the sharks :D I want to go there!
What a cool place to dive, amazingly beautiful.

yes and what makes it even more special it these sharks are not fed here! This is a natural aggregation site. This was the most I have seen at one time there. There are two dive operators that dive the site. The non interference rule is enforced by both. Everyone keeps to the same side of the wall through the cave and "hugs" the wall to make sure the sharks aren't scared off" They are so used to divers they just cruise by and look at you. You have to be careful you don't scare them off with your bubbles. NSW has enacted laws to protect the grey nurse sharks and protect them from harassment or interference. I will dig through my shots and show some shots of the turtles too... there are resident turtles....as well.... this site is a true jewel and 5 hours drive from home for us:)

I saw thats as well poor shark :depressed:

There were several showing injuries some probably from fighting, breeding, feeding and the rocks... some unfortunately man made....remember it is illegal to deliberately injur a grey nurse in NSW tho....I didn't seem many with hooks in their mouths which was good.

:kiss2: you know the way to a gal's heart :eyebrow: Love your video clips:)

:hugs: for Maged and DG

hmmm... was it something I said?:shocked2: everyone left....:depressed:
