The funny thing was that most of us wound up showing very little interest in actually going through the cave. :shocked2:

We were busy just going in part way and getting shots into the light,erv: taking pictures of sharks and turtles and stuff Jon kept asking us what we wanted to do before each dive .... "anyone want to go through the cave?".

We kept saying we want to do the shallow entrance to extend bottom time get shots :uwphotographer:etc or the deep entrance for shark shots or take an easy dive at Green Island ...... Jon was happy to cater to our wishes but he had this wonderful famous cave and we were doing other stuff

It really is amazing to have so many great options!

yep still here conditions didn't look good yesterday when we went out so decided to have a sleep in today... viz wouldn't have improved overnight and the Cub Dive would mean heaps of people stirring it up more

yep inside the cave you can't really see anything ... It is interesting to go through it once or twice after that the most interesting stuff is near the entrances anyway

actually it was a rather interesting Jellyfish and this little fish was swimming into it. We were on a safety stop when we saw it. I couldn't really tell what was going on with getting my camera out of my pocket, maintaining depth and dealing with the current. I got a few shots off and that is the best of them. Fish got a closer look obviously. I thought the fish was being eaten.. fish thought it was just darting in there and someone else thought it was eating the jellyfish
