Hi there, I just registered here and wanted to tell you a little bit of my diving story. My name is Oezkan and I'm 30 years old, living in Australia at the moment. I am diving only since November last year. I never knew what is missing in my life but I found out now its diving. Never loved anything like it before! But I already have a problem (of unfortunately no problem is found) with my ear. I will tell about it when I can open my own thread.

My first time diving was in Exmouth, Australia. Its called the navy pier and is listed one of the best 10 spots in the world. And after 22 dives on different sites all over Australia, this was still the very best! You jump from the pier and the marine life is as great that you cannot see far because there is so much fish, rays, sharks and much more. Wonderful!

If I can keep diving which I don't belive, I will study diving in the gold coast for 2 years which I was very exited about.

Yep, and that's all for now.

Regards

Oezkan

Welcome!
I answered in your other thread about your medical problem.
I hope you find a good ENT specialyzed in diving-related problems.
In my experience, the case of people declared permanently unfit for diving due to ear problems is really very rare. With proper therapy, and in some case surgery, most problems can be solved.
The problem is that most ENT doctors are not really understanding diving.
You need a doctor specialised in diving, possibly a diver him or her self...

Which Probelem do you habe on your ear?
Some time ago i had an oditis media. Dr. said not chronically.
In your lakes i allways dive with drysuite!
And to prevent this problems i diver with a dry latex hood mounted an the drysuite. Also i dive in Croatia, Agypt, ... with drysuite an dry Latex hood...
