I have a narrow face too. I tried on so many masks!! Finally found what I really liked, it is Poseidon Technica. There is another mask that is nearly fits me, OMS ICU... Good luck finding the right one for you.

I think there should be a narrow face & large nose support group! I have tried so many masks with the same problems that you and many others have reported in the past.
If you don't want to carry a regulator around, you can take a backup mouthpiece if you have one; that's what i do, always try a mask with a mouthpiece. Of course, if it's identical to the one on your regulator even better.
As for specific recommendations, i'm not sure they mean much since no two faces are the same (unless you are a twin, in which case ask the other one!) but my salvation has been the X-Vision mid.
Another issue that i have is that my face seems to have a very narrow range of mask tightness. A little too loose and it leaks, a little too tight and it leaks; maybe that's also the case with you since they fit OK in the pool but not UW.
One last question Steely: you say "constant bubbling" which could indicate that you exhale out of your nose which would obviously affect mask fit. Do you think that might be the case?

It would make sense and solve all of my problems, but I don't exhale out through my nose. Probably just the pressure equalizing through my nose.
